The original (and still active) owners, Pam Creswell and Dr. Marshal Swanton recognize that ownership adds an extra element to the enthusiasm of already outstanding
managers.

It took years to find the perfect candidates: dedicated,
highly trained, experienced and skilled. They were found!
Several years ago, Lisa Miracle and Kayleen Stratton joined Pam and Marshall as owners. Lisa is an owner of the Boulder schools, for which she serves as on-site Executive Director. Kayleen is an owner of the Longmont schools for which she serves as on-site Executive Director.

These executive directors have a dedication and
commitment which has resulted in consistency and
quality rarely found in childcare centers.

All of our teachers have either a four year degree or
extensive experience working with young children, or a
combination of these.

We look for teachers who share our commitment to the
highest standards of quality and to our vision of being a
loving extended family to each of our children.

Along with extensive initial and ongoing Cottage trainings,
we require and financially support our teachers’ ongoing
education: classes, workshops, etc.
